Best-In-Class Automated Sentiment
Our proprietary sentiment algorithm was built from social data, for social data – it takes into account language people use on social media channels (ex. slang, acronyms, and typos) based on years of hand-scoring sentiment. Many other monitoring solutions have automated sentiment based on natural language only which can reduce accuracy since it was originally developed to interpret more formal content.
