The Visible Innovation Story
-
The drive to innovate on behalf of our customers is at Visible's core. As we pursue innovation, we are guided by three principles that help us craft solutions with quality in mind: solve problems at scale, deliver reliable results, and create real value for our customers.
Solve Problems in a Big Way
Global Social Intelligence represents a vast resource and requires innovation that scales. If it doesn't scale, it doesn't count. Visible has invested significant time, creativity and resources in a distributed platform that scales to the essentially limitless size of the problem. As a backbone for innovation, this platform natively organizes, searches, and analyzes a massive and growing volume of data, and enables rapid innovation in all key areas of development.Deliver Reliable Results
We recognize the obligation to deliver reliable results backed by rigor in science and engineering. Poor business decisions based on inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise unreliable data costs time and money. As a result, Visible will only deliver technology that is ready for use. To that end, we have produced a variety of industry leading solutions, such as our automated sentiment with the highest accuracy in the industry, on which our customers can rely.Create Real Value
We innovate with our customers ROI in mind. In the new world of digital social media, there are no shortage of "great" ideas to pursue. At Visible, we stay focused on those innovations that contribute measurable value: if it doesn't add to our customers top or bottom line, no matter how flashy, we are not interested.
