Dan Vetras

Chief Executive Officer

Dan Vetras is the Chief Executive Officer of Visible Technologies. Dan Vetras brings over 25 years of experience in technology, sales management, business development and M&A activity to the Visible Technologies' executive management team. As CEO, he is responsible for corporate strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and is very involved in building long-term relationships with clients and partners. Most recently, Dan served as president and CEO of Talisma, a Bellevue, Washington-based company that sells customer interaction management solutions. While at Talisma he was instrumental in the May 2008 sale of the company to nGenera, a provider of business innovation platform software. Prior to joining Talisma, Vetras was president and CEO at Captura Software, where he directed the company's strategies and operations and played a dominant role in Captura's 2002 acquisition by Concur Technologies. Before taking the helm at Captura, he was Vice President of Sales at Intranets.com/Web Ex. Dan served IBM as vice president of worldwide consumer software sales upon its acquisition of Edmark Corporation, where he was vice president of consumer sales and channel marketing. D. Blake Cahill

SVP of Marketing

Blake Cahill is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Visible Technologies. He is responsible for executing marketing strategies, thought leadership, and analyst relations to increase market and customer awareness for revenue growth. Prior to joining the company, Blake was the Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at SafeHarbor Technology Corporation, a Seattle based web-services firm, where he successfully reignited customer acquisition and retention programs, oversaw the launch of a new brand identity and significantly raised the profile of the firm with the analyst and media communities. Blake has more than 16 years of executive management experiences leading marketing, sales, product management, and customer support organizations both domestically and internationally in a variety of technology, consumer, and telecommunications companies such as AT&T, Belgacom, Qwest, SBC, and ServiceMaster.com. Through these diverse experiences Blake has witnessed the intersection that drives businesses and their results are uniquely conjoined to “listening to the customer” and he has developed some insights about the intersections of customer experience, brands, and technology. Blake holds bachelor's degrees in political science, history, and business from Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island.


Geoff Farris

EVP of Sales and Sales Operations

Geoff Farris is the Executive Vice President of Sales for Visible Technologies. His responsibilities include both direct and indirect sales, partner management, sales strategy and planning, as well as sales operations. Geoff has over 15 years of experience in technology services and private investment. Over his career, he has held various executive management roles in sales, strategy, operations and general management. He brings extensive experience in sales and operations for new business segments, as well as a strong background in expanding business development in new and emerging markets. Before joining Visible Technologies, Geoff was President and CEO of Bueller's, a private investment firm focused on assisting healthy and distressed companies maximize the value of under-performing assets. Prior to that, Geoff was the Regional Vice President for Enterpulse, a national technology services firm focused on process improvement solutions leveraging portal, content management and BPM technologies within a SOA environment. In addition, Geoff held the position of Regional Vice president with Groundswell, a national services firm where he played an integral part in the merger between Groundswell and Enterpulse. Geoff has also held leadership positions in interactive marketing services firms, Syllogy Partners and e-Media.


Elizabeth Morgan

SVP Products and Services

Elizabeth Morgan is the Senior Vice President of Products and Services at Visible Technologies. With more than 20 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Elizabeth drives Visible Technologies' aggressive product development and manages its service organization. Prior to Visible Technologies, Elizabeth served as the Vice President of Service and Support at Attenex Corporation (acquired by FTI Consulting), the leading provider of electronic discovery software for legal service providers and corporations. While there she spearheaded the company's services and support programs for customers and partners.

Prior to Attenex she worked at Bocada, Inc., an early-stage storage intelligence software company, where she served as Vice President of Global Customer Service and Support. Additionally, Elizabeth served as a Principal at Voyager Capital LLC for five years and was responsible for developing and executing on the company's enterprise software investment strategy. She also brings deep expertise in consulting, sales and product management through her associations with PeopleSoft, Marcam and McCormack and Dodge. Elizabeth holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a B.B.A in finance from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.


Kelly A. Pennock

Chief Technology Officer

Kelly Pennock is the Chief Technology Officer for Visible Technologies. He brings two decades of experience in executive management and technology vision and is responsible for managing all aspects of technology development for Visible Technologies' comprehensive social media and online reputation management platform, truCAST. Prior to joining Visible Technologies, Kelly served as President of Analytics and the BI Business Unit for First Data Corporation. He joined the company after he led his previous company, Intelligent Results through a successful acquisition by First Data Corporation as CTO, President, CEO, and a Co-founder. Prior to Intelligent Results, he led multiple data mining initiatives to analytically assess and address customers in the areas of cross-sell, attrition, and customer service at Amazon.com. Additionally, Kelly was a Co-founder and Chief Science Officer of Cartia, which was acquired by Amazon.com in 1998 and he spent 8 years at the Department of Energy's Pacific Northwest National Laboratory where he eventually served as Chief Scientist in their Information Sciences Division. Kelly has authored multiple patents and won national awards for technology innovation. He holds a Bachelor's degree in business and economics as well as a Master's degree in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University.


Tom Perry

SVP Business Development / Federal Sector

Tom Perry is Senior Vice President, Business Development / Federal Sector at Visible Technologies, responsible for strategic technology alliances, corporate development and sales to Federal / Government clients. Tom brings over 20 years of operational and financial experience to Visible, and he has worked in, and advised, software companies for over 15 years. Tom was the founder and CEO of Quantivo, a leading Software-as-a-Service customer behavioral analytics company. Prior to Quantivo, Tom was a senior investment banker with SoundView Technology Group and Montgomery Securities, advising software companies on raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and strategy. Tom was also a Captain (Artillery) in the United States Army. Tom holds a B.S. in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from Northwestern University, where he was an F.C. Austin Scholar. Tom is also Vice Chair for the Bay Area region of NFTE, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.


Peter A. Price

Chief Financial Officer

Pete Price is the Chief Financial Officer of Visible Technologies. He brings nearly 20 years of financial and operational experience to the company comprising a proven track record of raising capital from venture and strategic investors and experience managing the M&A, finance, legal, human resources, facilities and operational activities and functions in venture backed companies. Prior to joining Visible Technologies, Pete served as Chief Financial Officer of Pure Networks, Inc., a venture backed home networking software company that was acquired by Cisco for $120M. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of TeleSym, Inc. a wireless VOIP company, PacketVideo, Inc., a company focused on wireless video streaming acquired by Nextwave in 2005, and Packet Engines, Inc., a venture backed gigabit routing switch company acquired by Alcatel in 1998 for $315M. He has also held financial leadership positions at Microsoft and Ernst & Young LLP. Pete holds a master's degree in business administration in finance from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of Montana. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.


Adam Selig

Divisional President of Strategic Alliances

Adam Selig is the Divisional President of Strategic Alliances for Visible Technologies. Adam is responsible for strengthening our relations with key partners, and creating opportunities through channel relationships. Prior to joining the company, Adam was President and CEO of Broadstreet, a corporate and marketing communications firm. He was responsible for building an array of new product offerings, opening offices, and making strategic acquisitions which transformed Broadstreet into an international brand. Adam has been responsible for expanding and managing business for clients including: General Electric, Credit Suisse First Boston, and Time Warner. Adam also worked as a CPA at Ernst & Young, LLP. He has a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University and the London Business School, in a joint international program.


Jim Webber

Founder / EVP truREPUTATION

Jim Webber is co-founder and Executive Vice President of truREPUTATION at Visible Technologies. His primary responsibility is the management of truREPUTATION, the company's innovative online reputation management service. Jim has been instrumental in Visible's growth since joining the company after holding various executive positions primarily in the technology industry for the past 18 years. Prior to founding Visible, Jim was a senior vice president and general manager for a large U.S. outsourcing firm, where his responsibilities included management of marketing communications for Toyota Motors. Previously Jim was vice president of marketing for technology and manufacturing companies including Creative Computers and Multiple Zones. Jim was also formerly vice president of merchandising and marketing for one of the largest U.S. direct marketers of personal computing products where he managed an annual marketing budget of over $100 million. Jim attended Washington State University where he earned his degrees in Business and Psychology.
