Executive Client Service Representative (Seattle Offices)
Dynamic and fast-growing entrepreneurial company located in Seattle, Washington is seeking an Executive Client Service Representative for a full-time permanent position. This is not a sales position, it is a customer service position.
The Executive Client Service Representative will be responsible for initiating Client projects, providing strategic and tactical guidance to other departments, communicating with the client throughout the project and ensuring the project is completed on time and maintaining ongoing relationship.
Duties will include:
- Managing the account on a day-to-day basis
- Developing an understanding and knowledge of the Client's business in order to develop communications strategies
- Interacting internally with other departments to ensure the messages, brand and work quality is consistent
- Ensure a solid line of communication is maintained between the Sales Organization, the Client and the Development team that closes the circle
- Communicating with the Client on a consistent and thorough basis to keep the Client apprised of all activity and its progress
- Project Management Experience
- Strong writing skills required
- BA/BS required
- A familiarity with Information Technology, particularly Search Engines, a strong plus
Product Marketing Manager (Seattle Offices)
Visible Technologies is looking for a top notch Product Marketing Manager (PMM) with 5-7 years of experience in brand management and product marketing in the emerging web technologies industry. The PMM will advocate and own all aspects of our flagship application, TruCast, to include future product services, pricing models, promotion, and market placement. We are an emerging leader in Social Media Analysis and Engagement. Our current client base includes three of the Top 10 Global 500 Companies and an additional three in the Top 50.

Experience, education and skills required:
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors
- Evangelize TruCast product or service offerings
- Engage and live in the Social Media space identifying key competitors, changes in technology, new opportunities, and trends in the market
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote TruCast products and services, working with the marketing team
- Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
- Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends
- Strong data and statistical analysis experience and skills required
- Experience in Social Media Web 2.0 companies a plus
- MBA in Marketing desired
