Fired-up for Forrester’s Consumer Forum!
Posted by Jennifer Rodriguez on October 21, 2011The fall event season is in full swing here at Visible and we’re headed to Chicago next week for Forrester’s Consumer Forum, October 27th – 28th. This was a great event last year so we’re really excited about exhibiting again.
This year the event focuses on how disruptive technology, digital connectivity, and the proliferation of customer touchpoints are dramatically changing the way customers interact with products and channels – as well as how this, coupled with changing consumer behavior is eradicating traditional business models, products, and distribution tactics.
The exclusive research findings and case studies presented at this forum is intended to help attendees address these challenges and conceive and execute their own strategies to deliver optimized product experiences across customer touchpoints.
We’ll be there exhibiting in booth #300 and demonstrating our Visible Intelligence platform, along with some new platform enhancements to be announced next week.
We will also be giving away free copies of the book “Drinking From the Fire Hose” written by Christopher Frank and Paul Magnone. If you’re attending the Forum, please stop by, say “hi” and get your free copy – we’d enjoy meeting you. Chris and Paul will also be presenting at the Forum on Thursday, October 27th from 2:00pm – 2:45pm, Track C.
If you’re unable to attend, no worries. Our own Ellen Enrico will be attending and will keep you up to date by blogging and tweeting on the sessions she’s attending and latest event happenings so stay tuned to our Visibly Intelligent Blog and follow us on Twitter: @Visible.
